Pav Bhaji is a fast food dish from Mumbai (Bombay), India, consisting of a
vegetable curry (bhaji) cooked in tomato gravy and served with a soft bread roll (pav).

Our pav is locally made and it’s vegetarian (eggless).   It’s toasted in Amul butter and can be made extra crispy based on request

Mumbai Grilled Sandwiches

A Mumbai Grilled Sandwich is a popular Indian street food dish, particularly famous in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

It is essentially a savory sandwich toasted on our flagship iron Tawa instead of an electric toaster. The result is a sandwich that is exceptionally crispy, buttery, and often charred on the outside, while remaining soft and spicy on the inside.

It’s famous for its vibrant, contrasting flavors—combining sweet, salty, spicy, and tangy elements in every bite.

Aloo & Veg Sandwich

This multi-layered sandwich consists of a flavorful spiced potato (aloo) mixture, topped with fresh slices of tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, beetroot and onion.

Finished with our house-made green mint chutney and tangy tamarind chutney.

A Corn Chili Cheese Sandwich is a simple, tasty vegetarian sandwich that’s creamy, slightly spicy, and very popular Mumbai street food.

A delicious blend of sweet corn tossed with green bell pepper, onion, Thai green chilies, and melted Amul cheese.

Seasoned with Schezwan Sauce and grilled in buttery toasted bread to perfection for a warm, crispy, golden, cheesy bite.

Vada Pav

Vada Pav, also known as the “Indian burger,” is a popular vegetarian (or vegan) street food that originated in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

🍔 What is it made of? • Vada: A deep-fried spicy potato fritter made from mashed potatoes mixed with spices, coated in gram flour (besan) batter, and fried until golden. • Pav: A soft, white bread roll (similar to a dinner roll), sliced and used as the bun.
